Important: A transfer is not a community release. Always follow the receiving agency before describing the person as out of custody.

The live sheriff data schema contains a release-date property, but reviewed current rows left it blank. The visible portal describes only people in custody. The existence of a database field does not create a public archive of Cimarron County released inmates. No official online retention period was found. A records response is the better source once the person no longer appears.

Sealed Cimarron County Release Records
A missing public result can have a lawful cause. The OSBI expungement guidance distinguishes a full Title 22 §18 arrest-record sealing from the narrower §991(c) treatment of a completed deferred sentence. Under the latter process, the disposition can change to “pled not guilty, case dismissed,” but that step alone does not erase the OSBI arrest record.
OSBI states that its arrest-record processing costs $150 and that local agencies may charge. Which Cimarron County Release Facility?
The local adult facility is the Cimarron County Jail, also called the Cimarron County Detention Center on sheriff pages. It is in Boise City and is operated by the Cimarron County Sheriff's Office. The similarly named Cimarron Correctional Facility is associated with Cushing in Payne County. It is not the Cimarron County jail.
This name difference changes the search path. A county-jail question belongs with the Cimarron sheriff, VINE, and the Cimarron County court record. A state correctional history belongs with ODOC. Sending a Boise City booking request to a facility tied to Cushing can produce a false no-record response and delay confirmation of the actual custody event.
Cimarron County Release Facility
One adult detention facility was confirmed within Cimarron County: the sheriff-operated Cimarron County Jail / Cimarron County Detention Center. It holds local pretrial detainees, people serving county terms, and some people awaiting transfer. A community release returns the person outside jail custody, subject to any supervision or separate hold.
