Cimarron Terms and Conditions

Cimarron County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no link to a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site provides directions to Cimarron County and Oklahoma record resources. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not keep official records, confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file documents for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Cimarron County jail and release resources, Oklahoma offender and supervision systems, and independent research tools. Official action and confirmation remain with the agency that owns the record.


Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on lawful and respectful use. Users agree that they will not:

  • Break any law through or in connection with the site
  • Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered decisions on site content

No Consumer Reports

Cimarron County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users must not apply any information obtained here to:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
  • Tenant selection or any housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
  • Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

This site is not responsible for the destination's content, privacy practices, terms, availability, or data handling. Review those terms before using an outside service.


Service Provided As Is

Oklahoma Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma.


Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
